Paige and Best Friend Make New Friends as First Time Scampers!

I went to SCamp for the first time in 2015 with a friend I’ve known since high school (30 some years ago!). Volunteering was the best decision we could have made as first-timers and at our ages. We were embraced and felt like part of everything right from the start. It would have been too easy otherwise, to hold back and not meet people. As it was, we fully experienced SCamp and met so many cool folks! There was no question about volunteering or not for our 2nd SCamp experience! A highlight was meeting Soap then going to see them at another venue in the default world. I encourage everyone to volunteer!
